Conference Report
In addition to publishing a compendium of select papers invited each year on the Conference theme, organisers of BanCon also used to come out with a comprehensive conference report every year. Since 2009, Finsight Media has created and published BanCon conference report every year. Leading Indian banks such as Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, and State Bank of India have been our clients.
Our services begin with the deputation of two persons to attend the two-day BanCon. One person interviews select dignitaries, speakers and delegates for their feedback on the Conference and notes down information on what happens on the sidelines of the conference. The other person captures all the last minute changes of schedule, agenda, and speakers, and also takes notes to cover gaps in video recording if any. The client provides soft copies of all the photographs taken during the Conference and its video recording.
We transcribe the video recording; edit the text to convert it from spoken to written style, remove repetitions, correct grammar and sentence construction, and proofread it. We also assisted with Preface and Foreword. We create alternative design templates for inner and cover pages for the client to choose from. All this material is used to create a 300-350 page Conference report within three months of receipt of video recording.
